Mark Williams was recently selected to speak at the upcoming National Association of College Auxiliary Services Conference (NACAS) October 14 – 17. The annual C3X conference and expo will be held in Orlando, FL and draws higher education professionals together to network and learn more about enriching the campus experience. Mark’s presentation is entitled Introducing a Grab & Go Customer Experience for Conference and Event Services Designed to Strengthen the Bottom-line and Improve Service Levels.
